Difficulty: class 3, ice axe, crampons, glaciers, helmet, rope used, snow travel

Last spring I've joined group of climbers on their expedition to Island Peak in Everest region. To give ourselves better chance to acclimate before climbing IP, we trekked to Everest Base Camp first.

During the trip, I was collecting oxygen saturation (SpO2) and hart beat rate for myself and expedition leader. Below I present the data.
