Hello there, I thoroughly enjoy getting away from it all in the back country, hiking, peak bagging, snow shoeing, all make for great trips. Logged many day hikes and overnites in the hills in and around my home area of the Napa Valley. Enjoy snow shoeing and peak bagging in the sierra's around Donner Summit/Lake Tahoe. Plan to climb Mt. Lassen, and Mt. Shasta this year. Many of my trips are solo, not by desire, just seems to work out that way. I enjoy meeting others of similar interest, sharing experiences past and present,which is the main reason for seeking out this site. Hope to see some or all of you on the trail.
